I had to exchange a jacket because the size was a little off. My usual shortcut is, if customer service replies quickly, I assume the whole thing will probably be fine, and that was pretty much the case with IRO.

I messaged them and got a fast reply with simple instructions. The return label part was easy too, which is always the bit I expect to be annoying. I figured it might drag on, but the new size showed up sooner than I had in my head.
Everything worked out smoothly, and I’m happy with the jacket now. No back-and-forth, no stress, just a simple exchange that did what it needed to do.

I ordered from IRO and honestly... it all went fine. The shipping took a little while, but that's kind of expected with international delivery. Tracking updated like it should, and the package showed up in good condition. So yeah, happy with the experience overall.

I’ve been browsing iroparis.com and I have to say, I do really like the overall look of the clothes. Everything feels clean and kind of effortless, without trying too hard. The designs seem modern but still wearable for everyday stuff, which I appreciate. The prices are definitely not the cheapest, so I’m not sure I’d buy a lot at once, but the style is really nice overall.

I really liked how easy the tracking was to follow. I hate feeling like my package might get lost or delayed without me knowing, so getting updates quickly gave me some peace of mind.

I ordered a blouse and a knit from IRO Paris, the fabrics are REALLY nice. The blouse feels soft without being thin or cheap, and the knit has that good heavier feel that makes it seem more luxe.

The only reason I’d take off a star is that everything feels a little delicate. I was careful washing them, and I don’t think these are pieces I’d throw on for super casual everyday wear where they might get roughed up.

Overall though, I’m happy with what I got. They look great on and definitely feel better than a lot of things I’ve bought recently, I just wish the care was a bit easier.

They helped me super fast with no hassle at all. I feel like good customer service is so rare these days, but these guys just handled everything quickly and made it easy.

I ordered my usual size and it fit really well overall. It’s not too tight, and the sleeves hit at the right length. I was worried it might feel a little off at first, but it ended up being spot on.

I found a few things I really liked, but of course the sizes I needed were sold out again. It’s disappointing because the selection looks great, but it doesn’t feel worth getting excited about if I can never actually buy anything.

My order from iroparis.com showed up packaged nicely, the clothes were folded well, the box was clean and didn’t look beat up or anything, and it gave me the feeling they actually took a bit of care with sending it out.
I’m only giving 4 stars because the paper inside was kind of messy and one corner of the box was a little crushed, but it wasn’t a big deal at all since the item itself was totally fine, so overall I’d say the packaging was good...
